What's the tube situation on Saturday?

I seem to remember buried deep within the marathon meet up threads mention of tube trouble.

I'll be coming into Victoria. Could anyone advise me on my tube journey from there?

spidermama, according to the tfl website there won't be any Circle line service on Sat or Sun, and it looks like the District Line is out between Earl's Court and Whitechapel

So up to Green Park on the Victoria Line then down to Glos.Rd on the Picadilly. Good plan?

I would think a bus would be more direct from Victoria - I am pretty sure the C1 would do the job (catch it just outside Vic Station)

but if you can't bear the thought of buses, then your Green Park > Glos Rd plan will work fine!
