You'll get more of a repsonse if you tell us a bit more about yourself!

The Mumsnet Scots are a wee bit fo a shy bunch and it normally needs quite a bit of momentum to get a meet-up organised!

Having said that, we've just had one in Princes Square where 7 of us (8 if you count the one who turned up and didn't find us! ) plus assorted kids had lunch in Buzzy Wares (allowing the kids to run around the mosaic and have fun, while we chatted).

We're planning another one in January - not decided on where in central Scotland yet.

Hi Bev/mumsonthe go - thanks for that.

I'm 44 and live in Glasgow, with a ds of 5.

Not sure you will get much response from here - as I said, we're pretty shy up here and it usually takes a wee while to build up the momentum for a meeting.

Personally, I wouldn't be able to make it, as I work full time - as do quite a few of the Glasgo ro central Scotland Mumsnetters.

wouldn't mind another meetup as I missed last one as I forgot the date.

Think decmeber is too soon though as we will be all stressed and pre-occupied for xmas

Maybe thats just me though

Prettybird · 17/11/2005 14:43

Jambuttie - Toothache has volunteered to organise one for January some time - ie after all the excesses of Christmas.

SackAche · 17/11/2005 14:45

Ahem... sackache!

sweetkitty · 17/11/2005 14:48

Hi I'm 30 live in Motherwell with a DD of 16 months and another one on the way. Getting into Glasgow with my DD and the bump is getting really difficult for me (I have bad SPD/SI pain) so will have to pass.

Hopefully I'll be able to make the January meet up (depending on babies appearance).

jambuttie · 17/11/2005 14:50

excellent pb and "sackache" will deffo be there
