It will probably go back up there with a few still left in till next time I go out

Alouiseg · 03/04/2011 13:30

We'll be the only non smokers Fellatio! We can have the inside of the place to ourselves! to dance on the tables

Just so you can update your spreadsheet ladies: Non smoking, happy drinking, dog loving, noisy chatty, bumpkin, shallow as a puddle.

bigTillyMint · 03/04/2011 15:43

I will be inside too - we can eat all the canapesGrin

Valpollicella · 03/04/2011 15:50

BIWI, I don't have the most up to date list, as Methods is handling payments. You'll have to nag her ask her very nicely

OP posts:
BecauseImWorthIt · 03/04/2011 16:13

Well, Val, we've all tried asking nicely!

methodsandmaterials · 04/04/2011 00:21

If you wanted The List, you really should have said so earlier.
Will try to get my spreadsheet it posted tomorrow.

nickelbabyhatcher · 04/04/2011 11:09

surely all of knocked-ups will be non-smokers too?
I am always a non-smoker, knocked-up or not.

GetOrf - pay up woman!

GetOrfMoiLand · 04/04/2011 11:16

Nickel - I have paid, methods confirmed a couple of days ago. So am definitely a fo sho.

I had to ask DP yesterday where Clerkenwell was Blush. He called me a yokel. he then said 'where do you think it is, getorf?'. I said, triumphantly, 'Spitalfields'. And he then asked me where abouts in London Spitalfields was. I just murmured 'in the middle somewhere'.

Oh dear. What a west country dolt I am going to seem to you lot of sophisticates.

GetOrfMoiLand · 04/04/2011 11:37

Shall we have another thread to discuss what we are going to wear?

I am obviously going to come in a handmade smock with a bit of straw hanging out the corner of my mouth.

nickelbabyhatcher · 04/04/2011 12:16

sorry, i missed that - I was scanning and saw loads of "is GetOrf being put off by nickel's attendance?" etc Blush

I've no idea where Clerkenwell is either....

thefirstMrsDeVere · 04/04/2011 12:24

I already told you - its my ancestral homeland.

LadyOfTheManor · 04/04/2011 12:39

My mother is an Londoner-ish (lived there for an awful long time then moved to the country) so I am relying on her to direct me. I can only just about find it on a map of London. It's fairly simple, you get off the train and into a taxi and you end up where you need to be.

I have no idea what to wear, depends on the size of my bump by then Hmm

methodsandmaterials · 04/04/2011 12:50

getorf I don't care what you wear as long as you arrive in your combine harvester.
Grin

methodsandmaterials · 04/04/2011 12:53

Clerkenwell

GetOrfMoiLand · 04/04/2011 12:54

You lot are going to be so disappointed that I (a) don't speak with a west country accent at all (b) don't look like Clarissa Dickson-Wright and (c) don't carry a shooting stick at all times Grin

I looked on the map in the end. It looks like it is near Islington. That means bugger all to me either. To me London is Harlesden and Notting Hill, down the road is Park Lane, there is a river somewhere down there, and over to your right hand side is Barking and Chigwell.

thefirstMrsDeVere · 04/04/2011 12:54

Do you care what I wear?

GetOrfMoiLand · 04/04/2011 12:57

MrsD - think you should wear a sequineed boob tube and a rah-rah skirt.

I will if you do

Grin
methodsandmaterials · 04/04/2011 13:01

So no combined harvester then?

Oh come on. It would be the best entrance ever!!

GetOrfMoiLand · 04/04/2011 13:09

I will dress up as one of the wurzels then, just for you methods. Grin

bigTillyMint · 04/04/2011 13:09

The pub is near to Farringdon, if you can find that on a tube mapWink

I have lived in London for 24 years and I think some of my ancestors were from Clerkenwell too. Or lived there!

Yes please to a what to wear thread!

nickelbabyhatcher · 04/04/2011 13:10

no photos on profile GetOrf?
:(

I don't know what i'll be wearing.
can't i just wear the same as last time?

GetOrfMoiLand · 04/04/2011 13:11

It's all right, I am fine on the tube. I just have an appalling sense of direction when not directed by the tube map.

DP lived in London for years and still knows his way round, and thinks i am a country bumpkin.

methodsandmaterials · 04/04/2011 13:35

Do visit getorf's thread if you're stuck for outfit ideas. I've already had loads of helpful advice.
