It'll be on Saturday 21st May @ The Clerk & Well, 156 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1R 5DU.

Tickets are £15 per head, and payment can be made via PayPal into [email protected]

If you don't have a PayPal account, please email us on the address above, and myself or Methods will reply with bank transfer details.

With payment, use your MN name as a reference. If you want to be added to the FB group, please then do send an email to the address above with your RL name and we'll be able to add you there too.

Clerkenwell's pretty close to Euston. I'd say distance is walkable (depending on what roads you use obv).

Yes that's very true Val. Although I regnise propbably half the names of the Foshos, I only feel I 'know' about five of them from haging out on the same threads alot, and I bet everyone else would say the same number or even less, so it certainly is not shaping up to be a cliquey meet-up in the least. It will be like a giant blind date!

book hotel room, have uninterrupted night's sleep and brekkers before making leisurely way home at mid-to-late-morning sort of time.

Hmmm Farringdon tube station is close and then it's 1 stop to Kings X and 1 more to Euston - then about an hour back on the train...

There will be food but it will be nibbly canape-type grub rather than a full dinner.

blathers, if you walk up to King's Cross (a 5 minute walk from Euston), you can catch the 63 which will take you about 5 minutes from the venue. It is also a night bus.

YA all BVU about wanting a list. It's all on the FB site anyway and the fact that val and I are coming should be pull enough. In the (unlikely) instance that it is not and you particularly want to see someone there on the night, then get on their case!

It's all well and good there being a list on FB, but that's only seeable to members, so any potential suckers lurking on the thread want to be able to see who's going and make their attending decisions based on the confirmed attendees iyswim? Obviously once everyone finds out harridan nickelbabyhatcher is going they will be scared screaming away.

And as for food, you orrible lot, it appears that there will be vol-au-vents and pork pies available. If this is still not satisfactory for the Growers of the Next Generation, I have a cunning plan - I will bring my capacious Boden ag the only flipping thing that they make in my size and smuggle in some exotic treats, Pork Scratchings and Fig Rolls for you. If you have special cravings, please let me know and I shall be accomodating.
