Anyone fancy a Midlands Xmas meal/night out.

It is aimed at Midlands area as a whole.

Trying to find out who is up for it and where people are willing to travel to. Also whether you will do an overnighter. So we can book in advance.

So if you are interested can you copy & paste the list below with your own answers:

Would like to attend Yes / No
Willing to travel as far as ????
Will / Will not stay overnight
Will / will not share a room.
What would you like to do (i.e. disco/dance, just a meal)

and any other suggestions welcomed

whimsy · 03/10/2005 09:02

I've got to be honest, Birmingham would be better for me as I could jump in a cab. ould travel further if needed though.
as it's a Christmas meet are we going in December, I'd prefer early december as I've got loads on mid december onwards

LunarSea · 03/10/2005 13:35

talking of which.... supplementary question #2:
dates you can/can't do
In December I can't do Thursdays 1st/8th/15th or Fri-Sun 16-18th, otherwise at the moment I think most days are possible.

Yorkshire are having theirs on Saturday 3rd December - so we could do the same night and have the phone link up like we did last year perhaps?

nutcackle · 03/10/2005 14:00

Would like to attend yes
Willing to travel far brum will not stay overnight
What would you like to do meal

Dates I cannot do are 6th december and 11th and 12th too.

whimsywhoo · 03/10/2005 14:54

Dates which are out for me are probably anything from 14th December onwards.
Maybe Saturday 3rd December would be good and do as Lunersea suggests. If that date is ok for everyone

mummyhill · 03/10/2005 15:23

I can't do Tuesdays or Thursdays as DH is out training so has the car and can't con anyone into having both kids for me.

ronniebaby · 03/10/2005 23:27

I cant do Thursdays either Dh is out.

I up for Sat 3rd.

Mummyhill - working this week, but will see what I'm doing next week and me & DS2 will be over

So looks like the 3rd is a good date, now then any idea's??

Anyone go into the Brum often???

I'm going this Friday so will have a look on Broad Street, any preference. Do you want a comedy show, just a meal & drink, dance????

OP posts:
whimsywhoo · 04/10/2005 14:04

Been to jongulers sp? that was good, you can have food ( i think) then comedy, followed by dancing at end.
Or we could go for meal or drink.
Im easy.
