Aaargh! DP just been offered work on Saturday. He's freelancer and it's a good gig so he can't turn it down.

I'm going to see if I can sort out some babysitting somehow, but as we're new to the area we don't really have this set up yet. What's the etiquette on asking (our lovely) lodgers I wonder ... Grin

I did bring DS with me once before, but he's even more keen in running about than he was then, and I don't think it'd work if I brought him. It is at nap time though .. hmmm ... could work maybe. He'd be bound to wake up at some point though - how would you feel about a cute but very active toddler gatecrashing? Probably not the child-free day you've imagined?! Perhaps I could turn up with a sleeping child and leave when he wakes.

Sorry, stream of consciousness stuff!

I'll let you know if I can sort anything out, I hope so I've been really looking forward to it!

MABS · 05/10/2010 16:42
