Need a career

I quit my job in 2021 to be a sahm to my 3 dc. I had a minimum wage job and DH had a well paid job so it made sense at the time. However earlier this year DH lost his job and had to take a pay cut in his new job. Money is tighter now so I need to go back to work. Youngest is now 6 months old and I can get the funded hours for her in January. Has anyone gone on to have a career after being a sahm with just GCSEs. I feel I won’t be able to afford childcare for my older two in holiday clubs, afterschool clubs ect on a minimum wage job. Has anyone had this same problem and gone into having a career or a route into getting a higher paid role?

I've met a few people who have done this. By all accounts, the training is pretty short.
With all these government grants for new boilers, insulation etc,I should imagine they are quite in demand
