Has anyone completed a qualification through the Institute for Equity? I was looking into the EDI Fellowship programme and the Level 7 programmes provided, and was wondering if anyone could share their experience?

No experience but it’s a private business, not a university.

If you are hoping to gain a qualification that will lead to a career, I don’t think DEI is a growing sector.
