Hi, I’ve been working as a supply TA and just got my first permanent position. I’d really like to do my level 3 (aware it’s not necessary!) but wondering the best route? I’m working 30 hours a week and then have childcare responsibilities so a college is difficult, is somewhere like Learn Direct any good? I don’t want to do the apprenticeship route as I have just got a permanent job in my kids’ school so would like to stay there. Thank you
