Nannying to level 3 Nursery Nurse quickest route

Hi, I work part-time as a self employed nanny part-time bank for my local nursery.

I want to swap to working full-time at the nursery but there’s a pay cut especially as I don’t have formal nursery qualifications. The nursery will pay for my cache level 3 once I got full-time but I don’t want to work 1or2years on pre level 3 wage while trying.

Educator) it would actually be better financially for me to pay for the course myself and complete it while working bank and still nannying. Then only go to full time nursery staff when a level 3.

is that realistic? Anyone heard of someone doing that?

If the online course allows and the nursery are willing to let you do the practical things needed at the nursery, then i cant see no issue
Make sure its the correct course that the nursery needs first obviously
