NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care

Hello,

Planning on retraining to get a job in Health and Social care preferably NHS- but most Health Care Assistant jobs need an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent. I would prefer to complete this online at home- has anyone successfully paid for an online course and got accreditation for this?

A lot of courses to wafe through on google. They are pricey and many don't say "NVQ" and only "level 3" - unsure if these are the same thing?

I also want to retrain for healthcare and agee, the NVQ/level 3 qualifications areconfusing! I think I saw one job saying an online qualification won’t be accepted - would be good to double check if this is a thing before you get started.

Apply for apprenticeships. There’s usually a few about. Open to everyone depending on quals.

When I did my nvq l3 a lot of it was observations in the care home, so you won't be able to do it all online
