Braun and Clarke Reflexive Thematic Analysis

Hi everyone,
I am about to start analysing the data I have collected for my masters dissertation. I have transcripts from my six semi-structured interviews and plan to use Braun and Clarke's six phases and NVivo.
My question is, do I apply each of the phases to each interview transcript individually or do I analyse the transcripts collectively i.e code them all, then develop themes from all of the codes?
Thank you

Ultimately, you need to develop themes from all the interviews collectively. But thematic analysis is a long process. So read all your transcripts and become very familiar with them. Then start applying codes/themes based on this initial reading. Assuming you did semi-structured interviews, you could start by applying these themes to transcripts.

Also it is an iterative process; you will need to go through them repeatedly and refine the coding further with each pass until you reach a sensible level of understanding.

Thanks for the replies...I've read my transcripts through, listening to the recordings and uploaded them to NVivo
I am now going through them making notes on initial thoughts before I start coding, just summoning up the strength to do this and considering whether I'd be happier just to get a PGDip instead 😆
