Reed online course query

Has anyone done a Reed paid online course? Are the courses videos of a lecture? How do they work?

I know nothing about them beyond what is on their website. Others should be able to help.

What is your proposed subject? Is the Reed course the recognised leader in this field?

I have been out of work 6 years and want to go back into a secretarial role. I am keen to refresh my skills with Microsoft word/excel course as it's been a while since I have used it bit it is on my CV! Noticed Reed do them but it does not show any examples of the content of the course.
