Is a Udemy certificate recognised?

I am a SAHM and looking to purchase a Microsoft Office 365 course on Udemy to refresh my skills/add to CV for when I return to work. Does anyone know if a certificate from 'Udemy' is worth anything or recognised?

It's just videos. I mean, sometimes they are good videos but it's not accredited (and doesn't claim to be).

Only things on the RQF or OfQual accredited are "qualifications".
Other courses might well be 'recognised' by employers for CPD though.
