I'm about to start my NVQ L4 in CIA (careers information and advice) It's not my choice I have been forced to do this by my employer and I have not completed any real education in 40 years and didn't enjoy (or pass) anything at that time. They have been telling me I need to complete this for 4 years and have dropped me from the level 6 to the level 4 which I am very grateful for. I have suggested I start at the 3 but they will not allow that. If I don't complete this I will be 'let go' do to non compliance of the contract but tge contract was changed 2 years into my employment I would never have taken the job if I had known a course was needed.
I'm having a serious panic about how to start my 1st unit and have had all my information for 2 months now. There is so much reading to do, so much writing, so much research and it's very boring with nothing to keep me interested I try but i keep driftingaway into ADHD land. How do people do this? I have ADHD, dyslexia and it has been suggested that i have trates of ASD and my son has ASD so it is likely It's trickled down from me.
Has anyone completed this? Can anyone help me?
