Managing studying and working full-time

I'm about to embark on an apprenticeship via my work which is 3 years, one day a week at uni and I will come out with a degree. All good.

Just - I still have to work my job 4 days a week (80% caseload), go to forums, supervision, study etc and parent my kids, run the house and whatnot. DH is supportive on the face of it but he has a stressful job as well and a bit crap and needs to be organised too as else nothing would happen!

Also, I'm 49!

Has anyone done this? Any tips for prioritising and finding the time to study?

Bumping as this is probably of interest to countless people.

My tip would be to throw money at the problem. Even in my twenties, when we were all at the start of professional training, I knew people who paid their cleaners to do a couple of hours of ironing every week as well.
