Software developer tutor for mature degree student

I am desperate to find a tutor who has extensive knowledge in relation to software development at degree level. Im distance learning on a degree course and my own tutors are crap/unreachable for help.
ideally no tutor organisations but independent private tutors . I’m in London but happy to do zoom/team online tutorials .

Paying for an external tutor does seem a strange waste of your university fees.

I agree you might be better off in the long run to find a better institution. You’re hardly going to get persuasive graduation references from tutors who haven’t engaged with you at all.

@TellySavalashairbrush

How are you getting on with your course, OP?

You need to know what you are expected to do. You can get good books on most languages. Software engineering starts with a 'hello world' program then moves on. Common language is Python, or sometimes C. Usually work towards a project.
