What could I do?/do you do?

I’m a Mum with a full on life - children with additional needs (who attend school) - I often don’t get away from school in the mornings until around 9:30-10 and collect again at 3. Not working currently but may need a part time job. However, I’m thinking about a new career path…just not sure what! I’m early 40s so not young.

needing advice and ideas/experiences pls!

What are you good at and what would you like to be doing? (Bearing in mind that so many undemanding / routine desk jobs will be taken over by AI!)
