Feeling lost and unsure what to do

Apologies for another help me decide post but feeling stuck. In a previous life I have done a HR qualification and then was a PA during kids younger years. Have recently moved to public health/maternity for a change but I'm only able to do 9-5 which is limiting me from moving into what I had originally thought (was looking at neonatal nursery nurse) as I can't seem to find childcare to fit the shift hours. Nor am I able to get additional funding due to husbands salary to cover if I wanted to go to uni (eg when I looked at midwifery) so I think this move may have been a bit null and void. I am looking for something that I can give myself to now kids at school and doing something valuable for someone but with the room to progress ££ rather than being stuck at band 3 at the moment and also being able to fit with the after school club up to 6pm. I just don't know where to turn.

Could you go back to HR?

I did consider it as better money but I left because it was just a bit cut throat being corporate and being in confrontational situations made me a bit anxious!

I know it's not great money but I recently joined NHS bank staff as a nursing auxiliary / healthcare support worker and I think it would be a great way in to some of these areas. I only do it very part time as it's not my main job and I'm also studying but I believe it's possible to move up bands once working and depending on the wards in your area looking for bank staff may be possible to get experience in neonatal or similar?

Wondering what this means. Surely if you’re willing to pay you can find someone? What is the specific difficulty?
