Can anyone tell me from these grades what my overall degree grade will likely be?

Year 1 pass
Year 2 pass
Year 3 2
Year 4 1
Year 5 2
Year 6 3

Is there not an online calculator on the OU site - there always used to be? Some degrees also used to weight the elements differently - so no one can tell you from that info. You need to ask in one of your course forums, someone doing the same degree pathway will know.

Not from that information, no. You need to know how many credits are achieved at each grade.
