Any tips for maintaining goal weight after keto?

I am happy with my weight loss after doing a combo of low carb and intermittent fasting. I will carry on with the IF and am ready to ease up on the keto. However, I’m not sure how to do this without dialling back on my progress. I’m not craving carbs and plan to keep my carbs lower than before but not sure what I need to do to sustain my current weight.

I’m not mad keen on counting calories so I’m maybe looking for more sort of general principles for eating a sustainable amount of carbs without gaining weight. I am very active but still gain weight easily now I’m in mid 40s.

The best way to do it is to gradually increase your daily carb intake, to the point where you start to gain weight. This will tell you what your tolerance for carbs is.

I'd start by introducing higher carb veg and fruit, rather than rushing straight into plates of pasta and/or rice, and bread!

Thank you. Yes, I’ll start with things like sweet potato and small portions of brown rice.
