Anyone doing carnivore?

I'm thinking of starting. Not as hardcore as beef and water, I need some variation and to limit the cost. I'll still eat fish, poultry, eggs, cheese if my weight loss is ok with it. Cream in my tea.

Anyone else still on this diet? I am hitting three weeks tomorrow. It has been transformative so far. I feel confident and productive not felt like this since my 20s.

I am not strict. I have beef, fish, pork (occasionally) no chicken, double cream, butter and half a lemon or whole lime juice a day. I also take vitamin d, magnesium and put low salt in some drinks and to season, to get a balance of potassium. I also have a couple of cups of coffee or tea a day with cream

I have lost 12lbs in 20 days but have become stronger more muscular with little exercise apart from a little yoga and walking.

It has been the change in my mental health that has been most surprising though.

@BeachBae did you manage to stick to this profoundly unpleasant! carnivore diet?

I’ve been carnivore for years. I shit very regularly contrary to popular belief and I’m off all meds. I will never come off it. I eat ribeye and eggs and drink water.
