I've been on a keto diet for 6 weeks now. It's working and I'm losing weight which was the reason for doing it but..... I play netball and I've noticed that I'm not playing to my usual standard.
I don't seem to have the same speed and stamina that I normally have and I can only put that down to not having the carbs to give me the energy that I need.
Is there anything I can eat before playing that will help? I really don't want to stop keto as it's been working so well but I also don't want my game to suffer.
