Keto is working but performance is suffering

I've been on a keto diet for 6 weeks now. It's working and I'm losing weight which was the reason for doing it but..... I play netball and I've noticed that I'm not playing to my usual standard.

I don't seem to have the same speed and stamina that I normally have and I can only put that down to not having the carbs to give me the energy that I need.

Is there anything I can eat before playing that will help? I really don't want to stop keto as it's been working so well but I also don't want my game to suffer.

Look at Dan Plews "Right Fuel Right Time" it explains the science behind when we needs carbs for fuel and when we don't and explains when you should eat carbs vs fat compared to your exercise and performance needs.
