Anyone doing this currently?

I've been yo-yo ing on and off Sw the last year. I think I need to just take away all the decision making around food. I'm impossibly disorganised for meal planning etc.

Thinking i might try this, probably just two meals a day though

I have done it in the past, Full meal replacement. Lost a few stone but ultimately didn't stick to it.

The products are nice, nicer than any other VLCD brands I have tried and there is a good support network on Facebook plus they often do promo codes for up to 40% off.

My suggestion to you though if you are not looking to do total meal replacement would be to just get a good quality, low sugar protein shake or bar to replace 2 of your meals per day plus a good quality multi vitamin

The VLCD shakes and bars are quite high in sugar which can just lead to you snacking more or overeating at your 3rd meal.
It's not such a big problem on full replacement as you usually enter a mild ketosis which in turn stops the snacky feelings.
