Yes started today

Do any of the savoury meals taste better? Or get better after time?

4 cheese pasta was interesting.

Yes, I was using Exante and now just started the switch to New You Plan. The shakes are nice but I did prefer the Exante shakes. However the meals are nicer for me as our the crisps and bars. I had Mexican Taco for lunch today and it was surprisingly really nice. The other day I also enjoyed the Creamy Rice Pudding and Spicy Noodle was nice.

Don’t mind the spaghetti bolognaise, spicy noodles, saucy noodles, tacos, veg chilli , dahl and carbonara at a push. Fresh herbs for me are a game changer with these, both visually and for taste. I use a mix of chives, coriander, basil ,fresh chilli and black pepper. Also eat with a teaspoon to make them last longer!

I cannot stand the texture of cottage pie or Irish stew.

Hi,

When you first started did you get the 21 days starter pack which is on offer?

Yes I got that and I've just bought the 4 week plan.
It is quite pricey but I can make my plan last a while because I'm doing it where I'll eat the packs for breakfast and lunch but have something (healthy) normal for dinner and once a week I have a slightly cheat day. It's not really how you are meant to follow them but doing it this way meant I'd lost 5kg and gone are my unhealthy breakfast and lunch habits esp at work.

That's what I'm going to do. It's called New You Switch. There is a Facebook page for this way too.
