Anyone lost weight using Carb Blocking Pills

Ive been reading up on carb blocking pills such as Irwin Naturals 3-1 and White Kidney Bean pills etc. But sometimes the claims for weight loss supplements are just exaggerated and don't work.
Has anyone tried carb blockers with success, or were they a waste of time and money. Did you have any side effects, would you recommend?

If you think you need carb blockers, how about just not eating carbs?!

Taking something like that is either not going to work, or work by messing around with your digestion. It sounds like a terrible idea.

Not so long ago there was all this hype about fat blockers, until everyone taking them had unstoppable diarrhoea.

Yeah I have thought about reducing carbs too. Obviously the blockers would be short term, say a month. But I need something to kick start my weight loss again, to get me in the groove so to speak. Just want to hear about others experiences to see if it's worthwhile considering or not.

This snake oil I can sell you might make you thin op.

Basically, no, carb blockers don't work.

Don't let carbs pass your lips if you don't want them on your hips.

Just do strict low carbing to get you going!

You know all these pills are snake oil, don't you? Just think about it - how can they possibly work?
