Sorry (tmi) but I started back on my healthy eating plan new year and all seems to be going well I've lost 2 lb in 3 days, so far so good.
Today I had the same as yesterday hard boiled egg salad, I'm only eating one meal a day which is normal for me but the side effect has been diarrhoea.
I thought I was doing everything right, is this just an adjustment period or is my body not happy on this food?
I thought I'd see how other people found it at first.
