Any recommendations for Keto ready meals?

Good ones.

I used Cook a lot to help keep us going through the week as we’re quite stretched for time.

Is there a similar type of company for Keto do you know?

You could try Natural Ketosis, but you do have to order at least 14 days' in one go to start with (you can order ad-hoc once you have an account).

Thanks for the suggestions. I had really wanted ‘fresh’ meals like ‘Cook’ which are minimally processed but can’t find much.

It’s frustrating as I’m just so time poor but want this to work. I’m losing weight and really need to carry on but the amount of time cooking etc is just too much.

Are there not some cook ones that would work? Thinking things like beef casserole if you serve with veg rather than rice/potato or any of their curries that aren’t sweet?

I know what you mean though, have often thought I’d low carb easily if I had a private chef to cook what I wanted!!

there’s a waitrose goan fish curry which is pretty good - 3.5g carbs per 100g I think

A couple do but only about 3/4 - I trawled through when I got desperate but a lot has flour in the sauces etc.

@ShortLass I have used them and they’re great. I wanted a ‘no cook’ option a few nights but I think I might try then again soon
