I’m completely new to low-carbing (started today) and am wondering if what I've eaten today looks ok.

100g full fat Greek yogurt with strawberries

Cheddar Cheese and bacon 3 egg omelette with lettuce and cucumber on the side

Mediterranean turkey mince stuffed pepper topped with mozzarella with asparagus and sprouts on the side (sounds a bit weird but was delicious!)

I'm aiming for under 50g of carbs per day and I'm using the nutracheck app to track.
Does this all sound ok? Also, I'd love to hear some low-carb success stories from people who started off with a high bmi. My bmi is currently 41. Thanks

Sounds a tasty day of eating. Turkey is very low fat though - I find I need a decent amount of fat in my evening meal in order to feel satisfied and sleep well. So if I have things like chicken breast / turkey / lean pork etc I put extra butter / oil on my veg. I try and eat fattier cuts of meat eg pork belly, chicken thighs, steak, salmon etc.
