Keto shakes/drinks recommendations

For when I’m short on time or out the house, looking for any recommendations of drinks that are the add powder to blender type and suitable for keto. Not going to be using them every day just occasionally.
Have tried the Dr Mosley coconut ones and find them quite artificially sweet, which I’m presuming is a good thing now! Worth trying the other flavours or any other brands?
Or any that are pre made in ready to go bottles? Ideally not filled with crap.

I've used the phd diet vanilla. I keep to a keto diet and regularly check ketones. Had a large shake this morning and was still in ketosis afterwards. Not sure of carbs in it, but it's fairly low.

Purition is good for keto at about 2 net grams of carbs per serving. They do single-serving sachets so you aren't stuck with the same flavour all the time, although they do large bags too.

Thanks @ParabolicCurve will have a look at purition. Like the idea of single serve to try, many places do that.

Slimfast keto. Ive had the chocolate one, but can’t drink it made with water as it suggests so am using no sugar almond milk. I get it from amazon.

I quite like the Kee Diet. The prices are good and they're not overly sweet.

WhiteBobbin · 27/04/2023 12:36

@anon1968 cant do slimfast, bad memories associated with their awfulness in the past so my brain just won’t even try them without feeling sick. They felt really unhealthy.

Another vote for Purition here. I have one daily blended with Greek yoghurt, berries, avocado and coconut milk. Ideally blend it so it mixes better, Very satisfying and not over sweet.
