I started keto almost a month ago this weekend and lost 3.7kg so far. But have weighed myself this morning and stayed the same weight despite sticking to keto. I snack on nuts and have some sugar free chocolate every now and then. Then just breakfast and dinner. Why have I stayed the same weight this week and why am I not losing faster, some days I don't even snack 😠i haven't exercised since starting because I have been sick with one thing or another thanks to my lovely toddler and his nursery germs🙈
I'm so discouraged this diet isn't easy for me as I'm a huge carb lover and to see the scales stay the same this week is heart breaking. Advice please before I go mad.
