Bleeding Gums - week 2 Fast800 keto

Has anyone had bleeding gums on a low carb diet? I'm following Fast800keto, nearly end of 2nd week and woke up this morning and gums started bleeding when i cleaned my teeth, and feel really sore all of a sudden. I went to the dentist a month ago for 6 monthly check and he said teeth were fine, no issues. So it has to be diet related.

Bleeding gums are a sign of vitamin c deficiency but I am not sure it would manifest so quickly.
You might also have caused changes in your oral microbiome and have developed more inflammation as a result of this.
