Hi, so it’s my first time starting this. I have cut out sugar in my tea and only have 2 cups with skimmed milk. For lunch I had a 1 egg, cheese and ham omelette and for dinner it will be a tuna salad with no dressing. I plan to have a few strawberries for pudding. Is this right and sustainable? Do I eat like this everyday with lots of water? Can I have a banana for a snack on another day?
I have two very important occasions coming up in the next two months so hope this will make some difference. Please tell me your suggestions or changes to make.

Bananas have carbs - berries are a better option.

My first thought is - where is the fat?

I would make your tea with full fat / gold top milk.

More eggs in the omelette, and an oil/vinegar dressing on your salad.

Coconut flour pancakes are popular with my OH, very easy to make and lovely with cream, chopped nuts, very dark chocolate shavings and berries.

I would also recommend reading about low carb and why it is not the same as trying to eat low calorie. There are loads of really good keto recipes to make your diet more interesting and therefore more sustainable and satisfying.

@Worldgonecrazy is right. If you're doing a low carb diet, it's not low calorie, and it's not low fat!

Bananas are the worst fruit if you're low carbing as they are very carby
