Hello, my name is Scarlett and I’m 27. I’m 5ft4 and weigh 13st4 pounds and a size 16/18. I’d love to be 10 stone. I want to try low carbing as I’ve recently been diagnosed with quite severe PCOS and was told this was the way forward.
I’m going to aim for less than 50g of Carbs a day however im not wanting to go full Keto. I was planning on starting Jan 1st however thought that was a cop out! I will probably have Xmas day off however!
