Every time I try to do keto, it all goes great, the weight falls right off. Then when I’ve been on this WOE for about 2 months, I suddenly get a really upset tummy which makes it impossible to continue. If I go back to eating carbs, the weight piles back on and more.

Its a nightmare because I have a very small build and if I put weight on, it really shows. I still need to lose about another 10 pounds.

I really don’t want to have to stop this time. Is there anything I can do?

complete fast for a couple of days?
Why is it impossible to continue exactly? Can’t you just stop eating until you feel better, or just eat a little soup or something.

Thanks for you reply. That’s very helpful. I will keep that in mind. What happens is that the thought of the foods I’ve been eating becomes vomit inducing. I’m not at that point right now and have pretty much fasted today so maybe that will help. Determined not to have my efforts wasted this time!!

Good luck! I’m sure you can get through it.

I have that with eggs. I can only eat them twice a week and hard boiled. Putting an omelette or scrambled egg in my mouth makes me gag! You have my sympathy.
