Hello you wonderful and amazing people, i do hope you are happy and feeling as well as possible.

I have been reviewing what is available on the market in terms of protein smoothies. I am trying to look for something that is low carbohydrates and as natural as possible. Sometimes i eat cheese or have peanut butter on an oatcake as a snack, but felt these protein smoothies seem okay. I know Huel and yfood have their own products too. Does anyone kindly have any thoughts on the yfood protein drink or do you kindly please have any recommendations? I would be forever grateful for any help you could give me.

Thank you very much for your time and for reading my post. I wish you a wonderful day ahead and all the very best to you. Hope you stay happy and healthy!

What's your aim? If just eat some Greek yoghurt tbh

I have tried Huel and think it is great, just a tad expensive.

I always eat Grenade "carb killa" bars as they are high protein, low carb. Have you tried protein bars?

I also add a scoop of vegan protein powder into my oats every morning. I mix this with almond milk and pop some blueberries on top! I tried the whey powder before but it gave me a soar stomach so I would just make sure you can tolerate any new supplements you decide to take.

There's so many protein bar options. I would just make sure they sugar content is low before purchasing. My fave is grenade salted caramel!!

Hope this helps

Try Purition - much lower in carbs and sugar than Huel etc., high in protein, and healthy ingredients. Not super sweet, and they have plenty of flavours (and a vegan range as well as non-vegan). I love them.

I use Nature's Finest Vegan Protein. I make it with soya milk (Alpro no sugar) as you get much more protein in total than with almond milk.
