I've just started today after doing some reading for the last couple of days! It's just so different from CCing etc
. Buying 20% mince was a revelation today!
So have a look at what I've eaten and let me know any tips...
Breakfast: two egg omelette with cheddar done in butter. One slice bacon. 15ml tomato sauce.
Lunch: low carb wrap from Sainsbury with ham, lettuce, cucumber, yellow pepper, carrot and mayo.
Dinner: two turkey burgers, courgetti, cherry tomatoes, peas (I KNOW!
), mozzarella and pesto.
