Critique my first day!

I've just started today after doing some reading for the last couple of days! It's just so different from CCing etc Grin. Buying 20% mince was a revelation today!

So have a look at what I've eaten and let me know any tips...

Breakfast: two egg omelette with cheddar done in butter. One slice bacon. 15ml tomato sauce.

Lunch: low carb wrap from Sainsbury with ham, lettuce, cucumber, yellow pepper, carrot and mayo.

Dinner: two turkey burgers, courgetti, cherry tomatoes, peas (I KNOW! Grin), mozzarella and pesto.

Looks good. Purists will criticise the ketchup and wrap probably

What kind of tomato sauce? Many of them are loaded with sugar.

It's the Heinz low salt/sugar.
