Hiya , just wondering if anyone has or is doing lighter life ?
I did it for 2 months last year and lost 2 stone - came off it for 4 months and gained 10 .
Started again a week ago and have lost 7lbs .
But .. I'm struggling this time , I don't have the determination I had before and miss food so much ☹️ before this I did a couple of weeks slimming world and lost 4lbs - also on some days had roughly the same calories as a LL day .
I've just watched a video of a personal trainer that said while 'crash diets' arnt great (what he'd advise is doing 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks normal healthy-ish eating (trying to stick to maintenance calories so you stay where you are ) then back on again. This appeals to me because it's breaking it up - I know it would mess with ketosis tho .
Does anyone think this would work or be a better solution to full time LL until I get the weight off ?
The other thing I've been reading about it the LL flexi plan so 3 days a week on and the rest off. I'd love to hear from anyone with experience . Many thanks in advance x
