Crashed out of keto today, after three weeks of dedication and weathering 'keto flu' etc. I'm so angry with myself.
I think it's because I was demoralised - I lost 3lbs the first week, but nothing since, even though I was carefully calorie-counting, exercising and checking my ketone levels with a blood monitor.
So why didn't I lose any weight after that initial 3lbs?!
I was overwhelmed by the urge to have a chicken sandwich. And then a Twirl bar. And then two packets of crisps. And then another Twirl . . .
