Keto Sticks? And MCT oil?

I'm not exactly a beginner at LCHF, this is my second time at it and I've lost overall 8 and a half stone eating this way, however the past year has been very tough food wise and trying to stick at it so i've gained some weight back (not sure how much, I've given up the scales because knowing exactly what I weigh would probably cauze me to binge and feel crap!)

I've never used keto sticks before but thought they might be useful to keep a track of whether I'm in ketosis or not (I struggle to get my macros right and think part of the reason I struggled to keep losing was I was no longer in ketosis) but do they actually work? I've read mixed reviews online so I'm not sure if they are worth it or not?

I've also looked at MCT oil, I don't know much about it apart from it's supposed to boost ketones so is good for a LCHF way of eating, but it sounds a bit too good to be true.

Anyone have any thoughts on either? 😊

Amazing to have lost 8.5 stone before - is there a reason not to pick up whatever you were doing then, because it clearly worked! 👏

Thank you, unfortunately I think I got to the point where what I was eating meant I was no longer in a calorie deficit, I kept on for months with the same stall until I had to change things up and be a bit stricter. I'm hoping when I can get back to my target weight I can go back to my usual way of low carb eating to maintain though (still have approx 2.5 stone to go though!)
