No I didn't invent it, I heard Nigella talk about it, but adapted it to make it keto.
Squish up half a pack of minced meat with and egg, salt and pepper with your hands so it's all mixed and mushy. Press it down into a lasagne dish (you can make it round on a tray like a pizza if you want but I find pressing it into on a tray much easier).
Bake for approx 20 mins (until cooked). Top with tinned tomatoes (that you've precooked with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and a tiny bit of sweetener so make a sauce) and a mountain of grated cheese. Bake for another maybe 10 mins until cheese is golden brown.
