Hello,

Is anyone doing Dukan? I did this years ago and it worked so well, I am desperate to get rid of this weight again and join a group for support and accountability but it seems the last time anyone did Dukan it was 2010 ahah

I started today and have told myself I am not going to have any wine til I have reached my goal! eek

I have about 15 Kilos to lose
