Exante anyone?

So I've just taken the plunge and ordered a two week supply of exante meal replacements ... I need to lose about a stone. Has anyone done this? How fast was the weight loss? How hard was it? Is it hard to maintain? Lots of questions but getting excited to start when it arrives (hopefully soon 🤞) would love to hear some success stories ...

Depends on ur BMI really, if you've loads to lose you can lose a stone a month but doubt that if u only have a stone to go.

I lost 7 1/2 stone in 10 months a couple of years ago on Exante.
What plan are you doing?

I've been doing Exante since beginning of June. Doing the 800, 3 products a day and 200 cals of food.

Start weight: 16 stone.
Current weight: 13 stone 12.

So technically a 2 stone 2lbs loss in what, 3.5 months? Except - I had pretty much the whole of August/early Sept off as we were away a lot. And I ate abolute crap, meals out, alcohol, takeaways, didn't weigh at all...but only put 2lbs on in about 6 weeks.

So for me, I think it bodes well - I lost just over 2 stone in 2 months and clearly didn't pile it all back on like some worry will happen. I've no doubt it would have gone back on if I'd continued like that! But it certainly would have taken much longer to go on than come off ime.

I'm back on it properly this week, I have exactly one stone left to get to 12 stone 12, which puts me in the overweight category rather than obese. So that's my new mini target which I'd like to get to by the end of October...then I plan on having a treat meal out when I get there before moving to the 1200 and continuing.

This week I've done 4 products a day, no food, to kick-start me back to the right disciplined mindset. It actually hasn't been bad at all, day 4 of doing this now and I feel OK.

How much do you have to lose op? That probably will influence how quickly it comes off quite a bit.

Sorry op, just saw you said about a stone to lose! So I wouldn't expect huge losses but it will come off.

Just bear in mind that plenty of people who lose 7lbs + a week will be those who are obese to begin.

I lost 9lbs in week one but my target is 6 stone to lose x
