I am going to use this thread as a diary to help me keep track, perhaps identify where I go right (and wrong)! and anyone else is welcome to join in with theirs too :)
I was just going to write it in a notepad on my pc and then figured why not on here so others can too :)
Y/Day-Decaff coffee with low carb creamer
Lunch-Tofu substitute for cottage cheese
Dinner-Barenaked noodles with stir fry veg
Snack-handful of hazlenuts
Snack-Cauliflower mash
(I hate the word snack now but I ate erratically yesterday, I was very busy. I also work nights so my eating is all over the place when I am on shift)!
Today wasnt much better
B/Fast 2 coffees with low carb creamer
Lunch 2 Quorn fillets with toasted sunflower seeds and cauliflower mash. Blob of pesto dressing. Side salad with some salsa
Snack cup of courgette soup.
Dinner More leftover mash. Few hazelnuts
I am about to start work. I'm still hungry.
I have discovered Billy's diet crisps. SO £ £ but so good!
