Stir fry sauces

Can anyone recommend a low carb sauce to add to stir frys, either shop bought or home made. I just have meat/chicken/prawns stir fried in olive oil with veg at the moment but it's a bit bland. Is soy sauce ok and is there a good brand if doing low carb.

I just made a stir fry and used miso soup as the sauce- it was really delicious so I will be doing that again
I made the miso soup with a very small amount of boiled water as it was more like a thick sauce than a watery soup

I’d use garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Maybe a bit of toasted sesame oil at the end

Just had similar tonight - and it was gorgeous. I marinated small slices of beef for 30 mins with an entire chopped red chilli, 2 chopped garlic cloves, bit of grated ginger and soy sauce.

Used coconut oil (not the solid) to fry this. Then when browned added black beans, asparagus, sugar snack peas and beansprouts. At end, added a little sesame oil. Garnished with sesame seeds and chopped fresh coriander. You could add cauliflower rice, but we didn't need it.

It was truly delicious. I will keep doing this dish, irrespective of whether I'm doing low carbs or not.

I like to add a dollop of peanut butter and a splash of water, along with ginger, garlic, soy and chilli, to make a kind of satay sauce. Then a squeeze of lime juice and sprinkle with crispy onions and chopped peanuts. I know peanuts are more carby than most other nuts but better than a shop bought sauce full of sugar. Could use a sprinkle of lime zest instead of juice for more flavour and less carbs.
