Exante 200 calorie meals

Hello. I have just started exante 800 plan and I have seen that I can have 200 calories of real food instead of a product. The list of foods allowed seems pretty limited.

Does anyone know if I am able to have 200 calories of any low carb food, or should I stick to the list? Also if I am allowed other foods which ones can I have?

Any help at all would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance ☺

You can have any food fr your meal as long as it is under 200 calories and under 10g of carbs. I have some bolognese with courgetti or curry with rice or something like that, depends what the rest of the family are having for tea. Make sure you have scales and a calorie counter app or website (I use the nutracheck app) to weigh your food so you know exactly how many calories and carbs you are eating.

I've just started mine today. There are some great Facebook pages with 200 calorie recipes on. I'll find the link and come back... hold on 👍
