I slipped up...

I've been low carbing for 5 weeks now, not put a foot wrong, lost 16lbs.

Today I slipped up. I had a Daim bar and a bowl of shreddies.😭 it's been a horrible day really, I've been bored, lonely and absolutely exhausted.

Please bollock me, or tell me it isn't all ruined, or spur me on....I'm so annoyed at myself!

Definitely not all ruined! Sounds like you've done amazingly and just had a low day which you've understandably sought comfort from. Accept that today was what it was and start again tomorrow 😊

It’s just a lapse - just make a plan for tomorrow so it doesn’t become a relapse.
