Peanut Butter Bread OMG!

Has anyone tried this Keto Peanut Butter Bread? It's utterly brilliant!

I leave out the sweetener, so it's more of a savoury loaf. I have a slice with a boiled egg. You can toast (if you watch it like a hawk or it does burn).
BUT I just made a little Tiramisu - spoonful of coffee, sweetener and a teeny bit of boiled water to dissolve the coffee. Bit of whipped cream with a spoonful of the liquid coffee combined and the remainder drizzled over a slice of the peanut butter bread and topped with the cream. You can thank me later Smile

Oh my God, this looks amazing! I love Headbangers Kitchen but hadn't seen this recipe before 😍

thanks that looks great , I didnt know about this site, but thanks to you , I have just made the 90second mug bread just as an experiment .. WOW game changer ..

I do like something that actually substitutes carbs ( in my head ) and I feel like the Peanut Butter Bread hits the spot and is quite versatile. It's incredible how, it's just peanut butter and eggs but it turns into 'bread' and it's minimal fuss.

I haven't had success with mug cakes in the past but I'll definitely have a look at his.

@hawleybits please can you tell me the first step in making it. Do I just shove it all in a bowl and mix? I keep getting a bloody pop up ad I can’t get rid of over the first step 🤦‍♀️

And many thanks for sharing. Like Laska I hadn’t come across this site before.

Yes, just put everything together in a medium sized bowl and mix well. It starts off a bit sloppy but quickly firms up as you mix. Then just plop it into a loaf tin (I used a loaf tin liner) and in the oven for 20 minutes or so.
Hope you enjoy it.

I just tried the 90 second cup bread with almond flour - what a disaster. It came out looking and tasting like a mug shaped omelette and smelt really eggy too.
