Please can someone recommend a good low carb brand. Solgar has been mentioned but I cannot find carb content online. Do they often have high carb contents? Mainly going to be mixed into Greek yogurt.

I know this is a while ago but I've just ordered some Putrition. If you mix them with unsweetened almond milk they're meant to have sub 5g of carbs.

Purition is really nice. I use it as a shake with nut milk, usually for breakfast, and the flavours are really nice (not too sweet, like other shakes I’ve tried). I like the coffee and walnut best, the cocoa and the banana ones are also good. Plus they are low carb.

I use My Protein Whey Isolate, high quality & excellent value. Flavours vary but the choc peanut butter is really satisfying.
