I've been doing low carb, no sugar for 5 wks. Massive change of lifestyle for me. Im not doing keto, just cut out bread, pasta, rice, wheat, obvious sugars.
I've lost 7lbs in 5 wks. V pleased but its been really hard work.
Today I put 2lbs on. I know weight can fluctuate but I'm having a meltdown that once again this is yet another diet that I try so hard at and results just stop. I have measured too and lost 2" in 5wks.
This is good BUT I'm 5 stone overweight and a size 20. Its a drop in the ocean.
Has anyone else experienced this? The scales going up and down or not moving down for over a week?
